"Abysmal service. I would give it no stars if I could. Like a good neighbor, please. If this is your neighbor, you are in a world of hurt. We filed a claim on March 6th and there was no communication until May. I called and emailed several times, no response. When they did finally call, i they did not even looked at the photos and information that we sent. The agent was rude unabashedly rude. Even after that, they did not an agent. They denied the claim based on photos. Seepage is what they said. Then proceeded to say its your fault regardless if water was leaking or not, makes no difference. This is not a good friend, neighbor, citizen. This is not a good person by any stretch of the imagination. If you are considering purchasing them, don't. You will end up paying more yearly than the cost of what it is to fix. Shop around! Don't be fooled with the slick ads of Chris Paul, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jewell Lloyd. I hope they remove their brand from such a horrible company."
